Senior Business Process Analyst - Active Secret

Meets with customer to develop requirements that are used by the developers to write code. Use Team Foundation Server (TFS) to write the as-is and to-be business processes. EPICS, and test Agile User Stories. Writes all associated documentation, such as Quick Reference Guide (QRGs), and captures Meeting Minutes for distribution. Responsible for managing Service Desk tickets in support of Concorde production applications and possesses subject matter expertise to assist users with application and data issues. Performs demonstrations and training of applications and workflows as needed.
Responsible for capturing and documenting change requests, new enhancement user stories and bug fixes in applications deployed to production. Use Team Foundation Server (TFS) to write the as-is and to-be business processes, EPICS, and test Agile User Stories. Writes all associated documentation, such as Quick Reference Guide (QRGs), and captures Meeting Minutes for distribution. Responsible for managing Service Desk tickets in support of Concorde production applications and possesses subject matter expertise to assist users with application and data issues. Works with customers to resolve application and data related issues in support of operational applications in the Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified environments.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of experience or equivalent.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience capturing requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher
• Minimum 10 years of writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation
• Minimum 8 years of experience with MS Team Foundation Server (note: includes Microsoft Azure DevOps Server/Services)
• Minimum 8 years functional application customer service support
• Ability to quickly learn applications, and to frequently transition between projects and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret clearance.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security background investigation and must meet eligibility and DEA suitability requirements.
