ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Software Developer (Army Vantage) with an active Secret clearance or higher to design and maintain applications leveraging the Army’s enterprise data platform, Army Vantage. This position supports the Army’s goal of consolidating and automating analytics through secure, scalable low-code solutions that help commanders and analysts make faster, data-informed decisions. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise. You’ll collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and system owners to develop interactive applications, automate reporting pipelines, and connect multiple Army data systems through the Vantage environment. Responsibilities
- Develop Army Vantage applications and workflows.
- Integrate multiple data sources for unified dashboard views.
- Support automation of reports and readiness metrics.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications.
- Collaborate on documentation, version control, and deployments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of experience in low-code or data-driven application development.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Army Vantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau embedded analytics.
- Experience supporting Army data modernization programs.
