The Account Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships within an assigned portfolio of customers across a defined territory. This role focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and expanding share of wallet by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through Ascentek’s products, services, and solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and grow relationships within an assigned portfolio of existing customers
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up
- Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling relevant solutions
- Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to expand revenue within existing accounts
- Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to understand operational needs and future opportunities
- Deliver solution-based proposals that demonstrate value, efficiency, and total cost of ownership advantages
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to ensure strong service and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity tracking, and opportunity management within Salesforce CRM
- Analyze sales data, purchasing patterns, and customer trends to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer support to enhance the customer experience
- Promote Ascentek’s e-Commerce platform and digital tools to improve convenience and engagement
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends that may impact existing customer relationships
- Represent Ascentek professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Maintain strong organizational habits to manage account priorities, follow-ups, and growth initiatives
- Model Ascentek’s core values through teamwork, accountability, and commitment to doing what’s right
