Germany onlyAscent is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join their team in Munich, Germany. The role involves working with Microsoft SQL Server & SSIS as a stable foundation for data-driven business decisions, while also contributing to the modernization of the platform using Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and dbt. This is a Part Time to Full Time role with flexible hours and remote work options within Germany.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS.
- Solid experience in designing data models and implementing efficient data pipelines.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data structures and developing efficient processes.
- Ability to understand technical requirements from business departments and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and take ownership of solutions.
- Fluent in German (C1) and good command of English.
