Role Overview

This role will be the first dedicated Project Manager supporting the transformation function from a remote Cape Town base, reporting into a UK-based Head of Department.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of residential renovation projects --- typically fast-paced, four-week turnaround transformations --- ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.

Projects involve hands-on residential upgrades including kitchens, bathrooms, redecoration, flooring, layout changes, and furniture installation. You will act as the operational control centre across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating contractors, materials, timelines, quality control, and stakeholder communication.

Projects are primarily UK-based while the role itself is fully remote.

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience

• Residential renovation or construction exposure
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Experience with project management systems

• Fluent English communication skills
