Artsy's Trust & Safety team is looking for a Senior Specialist to own complex fraud, dispute, and verification cases, and drive improvements behind them. The ideal candidate will have experience in fraud, disputes, or trust & safety, and be comfortable making tough, ambiguous calls and standing behind them.

Requirements

• Experience in fraud, disputes, or trust & safety
• Ability to make tough, ambiguous calls and stand behind them
• Highly organized and able to manage a varied caseload
• Comfortable working with data and using it to identify trends and inform decisions
• Experience with KYC and AML verification processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams outside of your own
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
