- Build scalable systems: Design, document, and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows - including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer management
- Drive hiring excellence: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and create structured interview plans aligned with Artisight’s values and competencies
- Own metrics and reporting: Manage dashboards, recruiting analytics, and SLAs; provide regular insights to leadership on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring velocity
- Source and engage: Actively identify, engage, and close high-quality candidates across technical and business functions, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline
- Champion the candidate experience: Ensure all candidates have a clear, timely, and respectful experience that reflects Artisight’s culture and mission
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with People Ops, Finance, and department heads on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent market insights
- Stay ahead of trends: Research and apply best practices in recruiting technology, employment branding, and talent acquisition strategies to keep Artisight competitive
Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in a management role in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, healthcare, or startup experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success building or optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage and mentor others while maintaining personal ownership of requisitions
- Strong data orientation with experience managing recruiting dashboards and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
- Hands-on expertise using modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience a plus) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams alike
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- High degree of flexibility, ownership, and curiosity in a fast-moving, fully remote environment
