The company is looking for a Radio Support Engineer who can bridge operations, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth, high-quality product performance in real environments.

The right candidate brings solid practical experience with UAV/UAS systems, handles complex field troubleshooting with confidence, and applies a disciplined methodology to debugging and validation in safety-critical contexts. They are skilled at cross-functional coordination across US and UA teams, turning field observations into concrete engineering input, and delivering technical support with both professionalism and depth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support operations within a dedicated product vertical
- Liaise with engineering teams and customers to improve communication flow and bug reporting
- Diagnose field issues and drive proactive resolution
- Analyze flight data and logs
- Manage product-related communication between US and UA offices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/AA or equivalent hands-on background
- Solid practical experience in a technical role
- Hands-on background with UAV/UAS platforms
- Knowledge of RFDF systems
- Strong skills in debugging and validation within environments where failures carry real operational consequences
- English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate English or above)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with radio direction finding systems
- Exposure to spectrum analysis
- Familiarity with C++
- Data analytics skills
