Role Overview
We seek a Business Development Manager to join our growing team, responsible for understanding and supporting our customers in the solar industry, including EPC companies, solar project developers, and Independent Power Producers (IPPs). The role involves selling Array Tech, Inc. products and services, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities for Array to add value.
What You Will Do
Sell Array Tech, Inc. products and services, strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and lead Array's response to RFQs and close sales.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar technology
- 2+ years hands-on computer experience with email, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in international sales and market expansion is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
