What You'll Do

• Complete test plans and cases to identify software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement quality standards.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure flawless functionality.
• Document test results and communicate findings to the development team.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide a QA perspective.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.
• Ensure strict compliance with project timelines and QA processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to pinpoint root causes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability in completing test plans and identifying defects.
• Solid grasp of QA methodologies and standard processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
