JOB SUMMARY The SAP Delivery Leader – Global Delivery Lead is a senior executive responsible for shaping and executing delivery strategy across the Business Unit, ensuring exceptional outcomes across complex, global SAP engagements. This role owns end-to-end delivery performance, with accountability for gross margin, utilization, client satisfaction, and overall quality, while serving as the senior delivery authority and a trusted, client-facing executive partner. Leading multiple concurrent enterprise implementations across platforms and geographies, the Global Delivery Lead expertly balances delivery excellence with financial performance, aligning project execution to client commitments and business goals. The role requires strategic oversight of resource allocation, including bench management and subcontractor use, while supporting sales pursuits and cross-BU collaboration to maintain agility and drive growth. As a visible, high-impact leader, this individual provides executive guidance that extends beyond day-to-day delivery, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at scale. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years SAP delivery leadership
- Experience with S/4HANA and global delivery models
- Strong financial and client leadership experience
- Experience in public cloud initiatives is highly preferred
- Exposure to supply chain modules (IBP, EWM, etc.) is a plus
- Proven ability to lead at scale across geographies and capabilities
- Strong client-facing presence, credible in both pre-sales and escalation scenarios
