Why do we need you?
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams to design smart, effective solutions for our pharma clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients reach their goals through data, AI, and automation.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the main technical contact for our pharma clients, helping them define their goals and find the right solutions.
- Lead pre-sales activities: understand client needs, propose solutions, and support our teams to win deals.
- Own solution architecture for key accounts, guiding engineering teams and supporting delivery managers.
- Build custom tools, automation scripts, and apps (mainly in R and SAS) to speed up delivery and improve quality.
- Guide clients through the regulatory submission process (FDA, EMA, PMDA), including standards like CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and define.xml.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences – speaking, sharing insights, and leading discussions.
We’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on skills in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting tools) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph).
- Experience building internal tools and automations that improve speed and quality of work.
- Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows and submission requirements (ISS/ISE, CDISC standards).
- Background in both pre-sales (scoping, proposals) and delivery leadership (technical guidance, architecture).
- Good understanding of AI solutions and how to implement them in the Client’s software solutions landscape.
- Confident speaker and presenter - you enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences or team meetings.
- Excellent communication skills - able to work with both business and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.

- B2B contract: from 24,000 PLN net + VAT (EUR 5.600 +)
- Up to 10% yearly bonus gross for the results in the field of successful closing deals and contributing to the overall growth of the company's revenue
