Applied Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of IT hardware, software, and managed services solutions to new and existing customers. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, supporting Account Executives, and maintaining accurate CRM data. ATS is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and certified IT systems integrator.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and reseller channels strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Self-motivated with an unrelenting drive to learn and succeed
