About You

You are a technically strong Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer who enjoys building, customizing, and integrating enterprise-grade ERP solutions. You thrive in structured environments, value best practices, and take ownership of delivering reliable, well-documented systems. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and feel comfortable supporting, maintaining, and evolving complex business applications.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate (mandatory and up to date, with annual renewal).
• Strong experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.
• Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, development lifecycle, and best practices.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining integrations using Azure Data Factory for ETL and data synchronization.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment, monitoring, environment management, and maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production and non-production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications based on business requirements.
• Design, build, and support data integrations using Azure Data Factory, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Use Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage deployments, monitor environments, and support application health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, business users) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for D365 F&O applications.
• Document technical designs, configurations, integrations, and operational processes.
• Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O solutions.
