Requirements
- More than 3 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
- Genuine passion for providing an unbeatable service and going the extra mile for customers
- Competent with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Rotating shifts within indicated hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
