Requirements
- Develop and enhance hardware service processes
- Coordinate and follow up on hardware repair service
- Plan and implement solutions related to operational enhancements and initiatives
- Ensure hardware products are fully traceable and warranty records are maintained
- Review the effectiveness of inside sales activities and develop product offerings
- Follow and enhance relevant SOPs and Service database procedures
- Assist in product development of new versions of existing or new capital equipment activities
- Coordinate subcontractor/vendor communication and payments related to service
- Possess full understanding of worldwide regulations and compliance as they relate to traceability and servicing of units
