Requirements
- Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations
- Engage assigned HCPs targets in depth program discussions to attain individual territory and company goals post launch
- Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals
- Effectively pull through on targeted HCPs that have identified a rare disease patient and provide assistance on treatment options and start forms being sent to the HUB.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program
- Adhere to approved direction related to pre/post-launch activities
- Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions
- Communicate with the Sales Leader, team members and Consultant on projects progress as required
- Create and maintain a positive impression with our client and client’s customers
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Consultant policies, code of conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the program leadership
