Ampliform LLC

Ampliform is a Pennsylvania-based renewable energy company that specializes in originating, developing, constructing, and operating grid-connected, utility-scale solar generation and battery storage facilities across the United States. Established as a joint venture between Prospect14 - a solar development platform with a data-driven approach to scaled project origination - and a seasoned team of infrastructure investors and operators, Ampliform brings together decades of combined expertise in energy project development, construction, finance, and operations.

The company manages projects through every phase of the lifecycle, from initial concept and site selection using proprietary geographic information systems, through land and real estate matters, environmental studies, permitting, utility interconnection, engineering and design, procurement and construction, power marketing, project finance, and ultimately to energy generation and plant optimization. Ampliform currently has approximately 800 MW in near-term PJM projects scheduled for 2025-2027 construction, with a development pipeline exceeding 5 GW and plans to expand up to 10 GW. The company is backed by strong long-term equity investors including the Jones Family Office, Barings, the George Kaiser Family Foundation, and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
