Proaktive und kompetente wissenschaftliche Beratung und Betreuung von Hämato-Onkologen für die Bereiche ITP, MM, ALL, Knochenmetastasen
Planung, Budgetierung sowie die Umsetzung von Gebietsplänen mit definierten Aktivitäten und Projekten
Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger, partnerschaftlicher Kundenbeziehungen
Kundenorientierte Nutzung persönlicher und digitaler Kanäle entsprechend dem Omnichannel Approach
Kontinuierliches CRM-Reporting sowie die Pflege der Kundenprofile
Organisation regionaler wissenschaftlicher Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Analyse und Bewertung der qualitativen und quantitativen regionalen Performance, sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Ziele
Partnerschaftliche funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing, Medizin und Market Access
Wir sind alle unterschiedlich, aber wir alle leisten einen einzigartigen Beitrag zum Wohl der Patientinnen und Patienten. Was wir von Ihnen als Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative (w/m/d) erwarten, sind folgende Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossene Prüfung als Pharmareferent:in bzw. äquivalentes Studium, wobei ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium vorteilhaft ist
Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Hämato-Onkologen. Bestehende Kontakte und Erfahrungen im Fachbereich Hämatologie sind von Vorteil
Analyse- und Planungskompetenz bezüglich Umsatz, Aktivitäten für die verantworteten Zielgruppen
Effizienter Umgang mit MS Office. Bereitschaft und Offenheit modernste Software- Lösungen und digitale Kanäle sowohl in der internen Zusammenarbeit als auch in der Kommunikation mit Kunden einzusetzen
Dynamische und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Offenheit für Neues sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude am Beziehungsmanagement
Teamorientierung sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für funktionsübergreifendes Arbeiten
Es erwartet Sie ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 70.000,00 (Vollzeit/All in), sowie attraktive Zusatzleistungen – ein Aktienpaket, eine Unfallversicherung und Pensionsvorsorge sind nur einige davon. Das endgültige Gehaltspaket hängt von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
