Senior Data Analyst

AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to present data in a clear and meaningful way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality.
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct data analysis and interpret results.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a professional and accessible manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is advantageous.
