• Prioritize team follow up and action items
• Have flexible availability to accommodate the team schedules
• Refine internal company support process
• Experience with Zoho One with ALL apps is a major plus
• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science, or related field
• Any Zoho Certifications or proven Course Trainings (Major Plus)
• Proven customization work
• Zoho Skills test will be given
• Strong project management skills, being able to manage complex projects, commitment to task completion, including figuring out processes and moving projects from vision to implementation
• Data analysis skills, both within and outside of Zoho
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, multiple CRM platforms (especially ZOHO)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and the management
• Well organized and highly self-motivated
• Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
• Must have excellent management and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
• Must be fluent in English speaking and writing. An aptitude test will be given
