Location: Remote (within South Africa)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, implement, and optimize Zoho-based solutions across the business. The ideal candidate has deep experience within the Zoho ecosystem, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable workflows and automations.
You will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to streamline processes, improve system integrations, and enhance overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize applications within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)
Build and maintain custom workflows, automations, blueprints, and business rules
Develop custom functions usingscripting
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and webhooks
Create dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support
Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
Document processes, configurations, and technical implementations
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications
Strong experience with Zoho CRM customization
Proficiency in scripting
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Strong understanding of business process automation
Experience building workflows, blueprints, and validation rules
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience with Zoho Creator app development
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with data migration projects
Zoho certifications
Experience working in a remote, cross-functional team
