Title Curative Specialist

The title curative associate examines property titles, identifies any potential problems or discrepancies, and works to resolve them. Responsibilities:

• Reviewing title documents and conducting title searches to identify any defects or issues.

• Obtaining missing or corrected documents necessary for clearing title issues.
• Communicating with clients or stakeholders to provide updates on title clearance progress.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property titles.
