Altisource is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day operational performance across the Title and Settlement function, ensuring high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Escrow, or Settlement Services operations
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong background in operational workflow management, customer delivery, and cross-functional coordination
