E-Commerce Merchandiser responsible for day-to-day execution and strategic thinking, working with the organisation to resolve customer-facing issues and improve the overall patient journey. The role involves analysing customer behaviour and performance data to improve discovery and conversion, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role
- Experience managing large product catalogues (100+ SKUs) within a CMS or e-commerce platform
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (headless CMS experience a plus)
- Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools to track user behaviour and performance
- Solid understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and merchandising strategy
