The Exploitation and Services Manager will be responsible for managing site operations and services, piloting integrated services, and ensuring contractual management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management
• Experience in restoration and luxury retail sectors is ideal
• Good relational ease and charisma
• Emotional and situational intelligence
• Rigorous and adaptable
• Good writing skills
