As a Process & Project Manager B2B, you'll be the engine for operational excellence in B2B sales, analyzing, optimizing, and automating processes. You'll design efficient and scalable processes, act as a central point of contact, and independently lead projects to improve sales operations.
Requirements
- Proficient use of modern AI tools and the ability to formulate effective prompts to simplify and accelerate workflows
- Relevant professional experience in process management, operations management, or a comparable operational role where implementation strength was required
- A detail-oriented, conscientious, and structured working method with high quality standards
- Communication skills and a joy of working in a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the motivation to proactively drive things forward
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. ODOO) and BI tools (e.g. Looker)
- Knowledge in B2B trade or the pet industry is an advantage
