Alluvionic is seeking a skilled Project Specialist to support a proposal for the National Park Service. This role involves managing and supporting complex, multi-phase design and construction projects, maintaining project compliance with federal guidelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The position is contingent pending contract award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields (Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, General Engineering, Construction Management)
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience
  • Experience with complex, multi-year design and construction projects with multiple stakeholders and potential jurisdictional issues
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with contract administration and compliance
