Job Summary:
The ADS-Claims Adjusting- Analyst II is a beginner level resource tasked with adjudicating VSC mechanicals claims in accordance with established quality and timeliness guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process in a timely and efficient manner per departmental procedures
- With minimal supervision, investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, take photos, and determines reparability or total loss
- Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims and negotiates their settlement
- Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices
- Completes other tasks as directed by management

Education and Experience:
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Functional Skills:
• Proficient with Word and Excel
- Proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques
- Ability to learn new computer programs and department processes
Compensation offered for this role is $43,750.00-$80,612.50 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
