Job Summary:
The Go to Market Delivery Sr. Manager will play an important role leading necessary countrywide delivery components to achieve profitable growth initiatives. The GTMD Sr. Manager will report directly to the Go-To-Market Strategy and Delivery Director and will have a matrix relationship to their assigned Zone Leader(s).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads change management implementation across Zones for all initiatives to drive agency engagement.
2. Partners with key stakeholders in Product, Agency Strategy and Agency Sales to design and deliver appropriate Go-To-Market packages that support agency growth across Agency Channel
3. Establishes and leads the necessary countrywide go-to-market delivery components to achieve profitable growth initiatives.
4. Ensures Zone needs are being met through countrywide solutions to achieve profitable growth targets for their assigned area.
5. Collaborates with Sales Zone Leader(s) and District Sales Leaders in supporting the growth and success of new and existing agencies.
6. Conducts stakeholder and risk analysis on key GTM delivery issues and objectives.
7. Leverages Implementation Consultants to assess countrywide metrics and design and deliver sales solutions that will generate profitable growth.
8. Leverages Process Support Consultants to perform effective consultations on acquisition, retention, customer experience, adoption of key tools, and business planning strategies.
9. Manages succession planning and development

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has supervisory duties.Education and Experience:
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses (Preferred)
Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding and experience in field office environment with an execution focus
• Experienced in planning, implementing and managing projects that are highly complex and/or large-scale key initiatives using accepted project management standards
• Strong understanding of enterprise AORs and ability to collaborate across teams
• Collaborative and strategic thought leader with strong relationship skills
• Understanding of product, pricing and underwriting, claims, financial analysis and agency business processes
• Advanced knowledge of agency business processes, operations, and sales
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and communicate agency performance results
• Ability to analyze, develop, and implement business processes
• Requires knowledge of agency owner contracts, compliance requirements, Agency Standards, and Allstate policies and procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and present simplified messages for specialized terms and data
