Design plays a crucial role in how we communicate our vision and engage with global stakeholders. From investor presentations to reports and creative campaigns, we ensure every piece of material reflects the quality and ambition of our platform.

Your mission

As our Graphic Designer, your mission will be to craft high-quality designs that clearly and consistently communicate our brand across all channels — from presentations and print to digital and merchandise. You will collaborate closely with our global team to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest design standards.

Tasks

• Design and format presentation slides in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Create and customize master templates for presentations to ensure brand consistency.
• Design multi-page print and digital materials such as brochures, catalogs, and reports.
• Create designs for merchandise and signage, maintaining strong brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare, package, and optimize files for production and printing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience designing professional presentation decks in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of layout design and print production processes.
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $1,500 – $2,000 USD, depending on experience, with a performance-based review after 6 months.
