Alliance Animal Health is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and optimization of employee benefits, leave of absence programs, and insurance claims oversight across a growing, multi-state organization. The ideal candidate brings strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, vendor management experience, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple states
- Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulations
- Experience working with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing claims or cost data
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- FMLA and ADA experience
