- Personalized Content & Communications: Create and manage personalized, account-specific marketing and communications assets to support TCM campaigns and initiatives.
- TCM Activation & Event Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of TCM activations, primarily events, including logistics, speaker coordination, and on-site support for priority events to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences .
- Customer Journey & Intervention Design: Support the design and orchestration of tailored customer journeys and strategic interventions based on the TCM intelligence dossier and available event roadmaps.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor performance across all marketing activations and provide actionable insights to the TCM Marketing Manager to measure impact and inform future strategy.
4: Deliver a regular "TCM Performance Digest" that tracks account-level engagement and provides actionable insights for TCM Manager to review and sendout.
- Collaborate with the TCM Marketing Manager to receive briefs and feedback on all operational and project management tasks.
- Serve as a key operational contact to ensure alignment on marketing automation, event execution, and performance tracking.
- Brief and manage external agencies for event production, including agenda, branding, and creative assets.
- Manage all event logistics, including ticket allocation, and on-site coordination.
- Prepare and manage speaker engagements, including presentation scrubbing, legal review, and speaker coaching.
- Create personalized marketing assets, including invitation emails, newsletters, and event summaries, based on the intelligence dossier.
- Prepare marketing copy and assets for review by the TCM Marketing Manager.
- Assist in the creation of customer journey roadmaps and propose ideas for tailored experiences.
- Manage audience data and segmentation for targeted campaign execution and follow-up.
- Track account-level engagement across all touchpoints, including event RSVPs and attendance, TwG data, and AwG data.
- Regularly update automated performance dashboards and generate the "TCM Performance Digest" for review.
General Responsibilities
- Proactively solve problems and address unexpected challenges related to operational and event execution tasks.
- Ensure thorough documentation and communication of all relevant information to the TCM Marketing Manager.
- Prepare for and participate in regular debriefs to ensure continuous improvement of all TCM activations.
