EMEA AI Adoption Program Coordinator
(Global Enterprise B2B SaaS Company)
Mission
The primary objective of this project is to drive widespread adoption and everyday usage of AI within the EMEA Cloud Marketing organization. The ambition is for the team to genuinely live and breathe AI, positioning EMEA as the leading region for AI expertise and practical integration across all marketing workflows.
Role Purpose
This is a non-technical coordinator role focused on program management, community engagement, and strategic alignment. The role acts as the central nerve center for AI initiatives, transitioning the organization from a bespoke, ad-hoc support model to a scalable infrastructure that supports a globally mandated AI Champions program.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Excitement & Culture
- Champion Advocacy: Partner with established AI Champions who act as visible advocates and the public face of AI adoption across EMEA.
- Incentive Management: In collaboration with regional Strategy & Operations leads, design and manage incentive programs to sustain engagement and momentum.
- Communications: Own the communications cascade from leadership to the broader marketing organization to maintain visibility, clarity, and excitement.
2. Strategic Coordination & Governance
- Nerve Center Operations: Run the AI Operations Working Group, setting monthly strategic priorities and closing information gaps with global teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure continuous alignment between AI Champions, regional leadership, and central governance functions.
- Silo Elimination: Proactively identify and dismantle silos to prevent duplication of effort and ensure a cohesive regional strategy.
3. Resource & Asset Management
- AI Impact Tracker: Oversee a self-reporting framework where marketers log time and cost savings generated through AI usage.
- Agent & Use-Case Library: Manage a central repository of AI agents and proven use cases to ensure relevance and accessibility for day-to-day marketer workflows.
- Tooling Feedback Loop: Gather structured feedback from the field to ensure technical teams build the tools, data integrations, and workflows marketers actually need.
Project Milestones
Phase 2 | Launch the communications cascade and announce nominated representatives from each market
Phase 3 | Fully operationalise the AI Impact Tracker and Solutions Library
Ongoing | Facilitate monthly AI Ops meetings and coordinate quarterly recognition awards
