About the Role
As VP of Sales, you will build Alethia's commercial foundation from the ground up. This is not about selling software. It is about helping executives see what they could not see before and make decisions that shape their industries.
You will own the full sales motion: sourcing strategic opportunities, closing complex deals, and building the processes that scale as we grow. Early on, you will be hands on with every deal. Over time, you will build the team that carries this forward.
What You'll Do
- Drive enterprise sales across insurance, construction, manufacturing, energy, and government sectors
- Own the pipeline end to end, from sourcing and qualification through close
- Build sales infrastructure including forecasting models, CRM discipline, and scalable process
- Develop strategic alliances with cloud and data platform partners including Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure client success
- Represent Alethia at executive forums, industry events, and partner summits
- Shape go to market strategy as we define a new category of organizational intelligence
What We’re Looking For, Required
- 15+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development
- 5+ years in VP or senior sales leadership roles
- Proven track record closing $1M+ deals in AI, analytics, or enterprise technology
- Experience selling to C suite in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building from scratch
