Requirements
- Own and manage Kandji/IRU MDM platform
- Administer Google Workspace
- Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices
- Design and implement zero-touch deployment workflows
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT tasks
- Create and maintain IT documentation and self-service resources
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams
- Proven experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
- Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
- Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
