Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause resolution and user satisfaction
- Advanced proficiency in scripting (Python, Google Apps Script, GAM) and modern automation frameworks
- Experience with IT compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC II, NIST)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and proactively identify infrastructure gaps
