The Akamai Global Equity team oversees the complete administration of global equity programs, including RSUs and ESPPs. This team ensures accurate processing, compliance, reporting, and provides support for equity compensation to employees worldwide.

This role involves collaborating with Payroll, Accounting, Compensation, HR, Legal, Mobility, external vendors, and global employees. Responsibilities include supporting operations, reporting, compliance, and improving the employee experience.

As a Global Equity Specialist II , you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the administration of global equity compensation programs, including RSUs and ESPP
• Managing reportable transaction activity and helping ensure timely settlement, reporting, and processing accuracy
• Reviewing and auditing reports, data outputs, reconciliations, and vendor activity to ensure compliance with internal controls and deadlines
• Researching and resolving operational issues and employee inquiries related to equity transactions and payroll reporting
• Supporting testing, process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects
• Helping develop employee education materials, communications, and process documentation

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High school / Bachelor Degree or its or equivalent
• Demonstrate 35 of relevant experience in payroll, accounting, finance operations, compensation, HR operations, stock administration support, or project coordination.
• Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, filtering, reconciliation, reporting analysis, and familiarity with PowerBI.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities and effective problem-solving expertise.
• Have advanced English communication skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and recurring operational deadlines with high attention to detail experience in Project Management is valuable.
• Have experience working with sensitive and confidential information
