Payroll Processor

AirSculpt is seeking a Payroll Processor to process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable wage and hour laws. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of payroll processing experience and strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, including final pay requirements
• Experience processing payroll from start to finish, including timecard auditing and payroll reconciliation
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance regulations accurately
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
