Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with measurable results
• Strong command of campaign structure: ad sets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency environment
• Analytical mindset: you read the data, know what it means, and know exactly what to do next
• Creative instinct: You understand what makes a great ad and can direct our team to produce one
