Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the application security strategy for the Advocate Aurora Health Workday platform. Leads security requirements, design, configuration, workflow, testing, training, auditing, implementation, and administration of Workday basic and advanced security.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Workday Security, including security groups, domains, and business process security.
- Strong understanding of role-based and user-based security models and access controls.
- Experience supporting audits, access reviews, and compliance documentation.
- Workday Pro Certification issued by Workday. needs to be obtained within 1 year.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in Workday or other relevant ERP experience.
- Exhibits strong facilitation and communication skills to interact with all hospital medical, technical and business personnel.
