Pre-Bill Coder Specialist - Inpatient

Pre-Bill Coder Specialist - Inpatient responsible for prioritizing and coding high dollar charts, reviewing complex medical documentation, and collaborating with other departments to clarify pre-bill coding documentation issues.

Requirements

• Coding Certification issued by American Academy of Coders (AAPC) or American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)
• Two Year associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Five to Seven years of inpatient coding experience in an acute care inpatient setting in an Academic Inpatient Care Tertiary Facility
