Performs day-to-day functions as the primary Subject Matter Expert, addresses and resolves issues, and collaborates with leadership to conduct huddles, facilitate orientation, and generate production reports. Coordinates and optimizes daily work activities to support the team in meeting established daily turnaround times and key performance indicators. Supports leadership by conducting comprehensive reviews of policies and procedures and recommending workflow improvements.
Requirements
- High School degree required
- 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting required, typically within HIM, compliance, quality or clinical settings
