The ERP Application Analyst – Quality Assurance & Testing position is responsible for driving test strategy, planning, and execution, managing defects, and ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and release standards. The role involves identifying and improving clinical and business processes, preparing documentation, and translating user requirements into functional and technical design specifications. The position also involves developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, conducting unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing, and providing client and support training.
Requirements
- Experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Project management experience with ability to use project management software
- Experience in Healthcare applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
