You'll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plansTrack progress through accurate session data and notesCommunicate with families and your clinical team to support successStay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.Training & Certification SupportWe provide paid onboarding training40-hour RBT course includedYou'll be mentored and supervised every step of the wayNo RBT certification yet? No problem — we'll help you get there!What We're Looking ForPassion for working with children and helping others growHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)Strong communication, patience, and professionalismAlready certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet?
