This role requires a licensed Architect with a strong background in detailed design, production, and project management, who can work under pressure and consistently deliver on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and coordinate CAD drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Lead the technical team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor progress and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in interior fit-out works and joinery projects (experience in other fields will not be considered).
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to join immediately.
