  • Proven experience in Multi-Layer Leadership
  • Proven ability to partner with Product and Operations teams to automate manual bottlenecks
  • High proficiency in Salesforce architecture
  • Deeply understands cohort-based metrics
  • Proven track record of Cross-Functional Strategic Influence
  • High proficiency in Salesforce architecture
  • Experienced in driving results across departments
  • Experienced in Scaling Commercial Productivity via Technology
  • Focuses on 'output per FTE,' constantly seeking ways to increase merchant coverage through better tooling rather than just headcount
