Senior Programme & Project Manager (EU based)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you'll take ownership of complex programmes and projects, working closely with clients, particularly in public administration and EU-related environments, to guide delivery, manage relationships, and ensure strategic alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leading full project and programme management activities from planning to execution.
• Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Overseeing risks, timelines, governance structures, and reporting cycles.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Preparing clear documentation, steering materials, and status updates.
• Providing subject-matter expertise in your domain during key decision points.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at C1-C2.
• One of the following certifications: MSP, PM2, PMI, or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in programme and project management, ideally on multi-stakeholder or international initiatives.
• Experience working with public administration or EU institutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle senior-level client interaction.
• Ability to operate independently, structure complex environments, and lead teams effectively.
