eToro: Architect & Integration Team Lead

eToro is seeking an Architect & Integration Team Lead to lead the integration engineering team and design complex BizOps initiatives. The role requires 7+ years of technical architecture or engineering leadership experience and hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling. The successful candidate will lead a compact, senior Integration Engineering team, provide architectural guidance across BizOps squads, and drive automation and orchestration across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical architecture or engineering leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling
• Experience with building internal-facing platforms with integration-heavy environments
• Ability to guide senior developers through architectural choices, reviews, and delivery roadmaps
• Ability to collaborate deeply with business, security, data, and ops teams
