Ada Beat exists to help organizations build reliable software by connecting them with experienced functional-programming specialists and technically strong leaders. Founded in 2018, the company has grown from its base in Stockholm, Sweden, to a team of approximately 16 people working across Sweden and Vietnam. Its consultants include developers, testers, architects, project managers, product owners, team leaders, and scrum masters.

The company delivers its consultancy through two models: extending a client's existing organization with individual senior consultants or providing an entire team from its Stockholm or Ho Chi Minh City offices. Ada Beat's capabilities center on functional programming, with expertise spanning languages such as Haskell, OCaml, Erlang, Elixir, Clojure, F#, and Elm. Its clients operate in fields including financial technology, telecommunications, networking, retail, industrial tooling, energy, and gaming. The company also contributes to the functional-programming community through technical articles, meetups, conferences, and a dedicated blog.
